Some of the services we provide include: Citizenship (Includes the Related Naturalization Process), immigration of family members, working in the U.S., green card (Permanent residence in the U.S.), verifying an individual's legal right to work in the U.S. Also the humanitarian programs that provide protection to individuals inside and outside the United States who are displaced by war, famine and civil and political unrest, and those who are forced to flee their countries to escape the risk of death and torture at the hands of persecutors, as well as managing the first step in the process for U.S. citizens to adopt children from other countries, and civic integration to promote the instruction and training on citizenship rights and responsibilities and provide immigrants with the information and tools necessary to successfully integrate into American civic culture.

Each year, Hawai‘i Opera Theatre produces an opera specifically designed to take “on tour” to schools all around the state. In addition to being a great experience with music and drama, this show can also be used to enhance curriculum. Themes are relevant to social studies, language arts, math and more. This production is recommended for grade level K-8 and family audiences but has also been successful with middle and high school audiences as well. Cost per performance is $325 with the recommended audience size of 200 students per performance. The production uses live music accompaniment. Enforces the State Wage and Hour Law, Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works Law, Payment of Wages and Other Compensation Law, Child Labor Law, and Hawaii Family Leave Law. Administers statewide program of labor law enforcement involving compliance investigations of minimum wage, overtime, and payroll records, prevailing wage and overtime for laborers performing work on State and County public works construction projects, illegal deduction, late pay, and pay statement violations. Administers program for hearings related to unlawful suspension or discharge due to work injury or garnishment. Investigates unlawful practices relating to lie detector tests. Enforces Hawaii child labor law relating to employment of minors under 18 years of age. Provides information on obtaining work permits.

(Childrens Specialty Care) Provides specialized pediatric services for children and young adults from birth to 21 years of age. Services provided by Specialist Pediatricians via the following clinics: Adolescent, Allergy, Cardiac, Behavioral/Developmental, Ears-Nose-Throat, Immunology, Kawasaki Syndrome, Medically Fragile Children with Special Needs, Neurology, NICU Medical, Lupus/Rheumatology, Surgical, Cleft Lip and Palate, and feeding team.

Conducts surveillance and investigation of communicable diseases (other than tuberculosis, Hansen's Disease, and sexually transmitted diseases). Implements control measures necessary to decrease and prevent infectious disease, including provision of vaccines to health care providers. Provides information to the public about infectious diseases and immunizations. Provides patient referral letters for a free (STDs) chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis test.

Provides health care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides health education in adult and child health, chronic diseases, communicable disease and prevention. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis (TB) cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation services to private schools, day care, and residential care homes.

Wounded Warrior Ohana organizes monthly events like Zoo trips, luau, etc. for wounded active duty and veterans, and Gold Start Community members and their families.

The Lieutenant Governor's office helps with name changes and sells the Hawaii Revised Statutes and Session Laws. The office also does apostilles and certifications.

Through its Family Court Liaison Branch (FCLB), CAMHD provides mental health assessments and treatment services for youth at the Detention Home (DH) and the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility (HYCF).

This program provides intensive outpatient treatment for men and women with substance abuse issues. Services include the following: comprehensive screening and assessment, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, individual counseling, gender specific groups, family and couples counseling, parenting classes, alcohol and drug education, and case management services.

The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance.
