COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT SERVICES We provide a wide array of comprehensive assessments that include the following types: DUI or OVUII, SAP, First Time Offender Assessments (Act 230/44), and SAA. We work with the Division of Drivers Education, The Judiciary - Adult Client Services, the Department of Transportation (DOT), and Employers to provide needed alcohol and substance abuse assessments for individuals who are required to obtain one for various reasons. KSS can provide interpreter services as needed. ? Examples of reasons for needing or being required to obtain an assessment include but is not limited too: individuals that are found operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant (OVUII), or driving while under the influence (DUI), having failed or refused a urinalysis test under the direction of their employer (these types mostly fall under the requirement of a needing a Substance Abuse Professional SAP assessment), and/or are required to obtain an assessment per the terms and conditions of

The Department of Water Supply is a semi-autonomous agency of the County of Hawaii that is governed by the Water Board. Healthy Mothers Health Babies Coalition of Hawaii (HMHB) offers "Hawaii Cribs for Kids," a safe sleep education course, for low-income, high-risk pregnant women and their families. This program provides education on the risk factors, how to create a safe sleep environment, and tracks the baby's health throughout its first year of life. Health centers and community partners refer income-eligible parents to HMHB, and each eligible family receives a free Pack n' Play crib after completing the class so their child has a safe place to sleep.

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is opening applications for the waitlist on Monday, April 20, 2026 8:00 am until Monday, April 27, 2026 4:00 pm. The waitlist is for: -Project-Based Voucher Waiting List for the Towers at Kuhio Park, 1475 Linapuni Street, Honolulu, HI 96819. It is managed by The Michaels Organization. The HPHA is accepting applications for 2 bedroom units only. The HPHA will accept 600 applications. -Project-Based Voucher Waiting List for Palolo Homes, 2170 Ahe Street, Honolulu, HI 96816. It is managed by Mutual Housing Association of Hawaii. The HPHA is accepting applications for 3 and 4 bedroom units only. The HPHA will accept 300 applications. -Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List. This waiting list serves the HPHA’s Housing Choice Voucher program on the island of Oahu. The HPHA is accepting applications for all voucher unit sizes. The HPHA will accept 1000 applications. The HPHA has adopted a lottery selection policy. After a waiting list closes, the HPHA will place applicants on the list in a randomized order. Applications will be active for 18 months from the date of placement on a waiting list and then expire. You must call first and leave a clear message with a name and a call back phone number for emergency food. Speak slowly and clearly with little to no background noise when leaving your message and call back phone number. Emergency food pick up time and location will be discussed during the return call.

Operates a lawyer Alcoholics Anonymous support group with lawyer sponsors. Provides intervention services for attorneys or judges who are impaired either by substance abuse or have other problems such as mental illness. Confidential service with no records going to authorities of any kind, even within the legal community.
