We are a local nonprofit agency that is part of a national network of organizations and individuals committed to improving Hawaii's maternal, child and family health through collaborative efforts in public education, advocacy and partner development. We offer a MothersCare Hotline, an online resource directory, and a health text messaging resource called Text4Baby. A coalition that promotes a better system of care for pregnant and parenting women and their families. Activities include helping pregnant women get prenatal care and health insurance, producing perinatal education and information, and conducting trainings to Hawaii's perinatal providers. (Kahoolawe Island Reserve Commission) The Kaho'olawe Island Reserve Commission (KIRC) was established by the Hawai'i State Legislature in 1993 to manage the Kaho'olawe Island Reserve while held in trust for a future Native Hawaiian sovereign entity. The KIRC has pledged to provide for the meaningful and safe use of Kaho'olawe for the purpose of the traditional and cultural practices of the native Hawaiian people and to undertake the restoration of the island and its waters. Its mission is to implement the vision for Kaho'olawe Island in which the kino (body) of Kaho'olawe is restored and na poe o Hawai'i (the people of Hawaii) care for the land.

Operates a comprehensive treatment program for chemically dependent adult men and women. Includes individual, group, family counseling, and psycho-educational skill building seminars. Family participation is strongly encouraged.

The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA Hawaii) provides year-round education and workforce training through its Construction Training Center of the Pacific. Certifications earned through BIA programs help workers maintain compliance, improve safety, and enhance job readiness.

Waipahu Community School for Adults provides adult education opportunities for people working towards high school diplomas (GED). Offers classes in citizenship, languages, and special interests such as arts, crafts, sports and cooking, and computers.

(Pediatric Oncology Parent Support) Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation (HCCF) provides a wide range of services and programs for Hawaii families who have a child diagnosed with cancer, including financial assistance, support groups, social events, education and advocacy. HCCF offers financial assistance for medical, housing, and transportation expenses during treatment.
