(YWCA of Kauai Sexual Assault Treatment Program) Offers confidential crisis intervention counseling and support services for rape victims. Will accompany victims to hospital for examination, or to police for reporting, and to court if prosecution takes place. Provides speakers to schools and organizations, public education on sexual assault and harassment. Offers counseling and support services for children who have been sexually abused or molested by non-family members. Provides confidential group and individual counseling for adults molested as children.

(Youth Shelter, Youth Shelter - Maui) Provides 24-hour emergency shelter for youth 10 - 17 years. Offers individual, family and group counseling. Provides substance abuse prevention, educational services, including tutoring, transportation to the public schools and GED preparation. Organizes cultural, recreational and community activities. Provides after care follow-up to youth and their families returning to a home situation. Provides case management services for independent clients.

Rainbow Mililani opened in 1987. We are located in the heart of Mililani Town on the grounds of the Christ Lutheran Church , although we are not affiliated with any religious denomination. Our program is licensed by the State of Hawaii. We offer services to 60 children ranging in age from 3 to 5 years old. Licensed by the State of Hawaii Department of Human Service and nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). All staff meet State licensing requirements. We accept DHS – Child Care Connection, Open Door, First-to-Work, Kamehameha Schools’ Keiki Pauahi Scholars Program, and Federal subsidies. All tuition payments are done through the FACTS Tuition Management program. Your child’s Form 14, current TB clearance and DHS 908 Form are required upon acceptance into the school. Parents are also responsible for a non-refundable registration fee of $175 upon acceptance. If there are no availabilities, your child’s application will be placed on the center’s waitlist. (Crisis Mobile Outreach) Professional counselors on call to help youth who are in psychiatric crisis or to supplement the efforts of their caregivers. Counselors can refer clients to specialized, short-term, out-of-home placement when needed. Provides face to face assessment of a crisis situation and arrange appropriate course of action for adolescents.

Focuses on controlling pain, managing symptoms, providing comfort, dignity and quality of life when the quantity of life may be limited. Provides services to individuals with disabilities who are seeking employment or independent living functioning. Provides counseling and guidance, physical and mental restoration, interpreter and reader services, technological aids, occupational licenses and rehabilitation technology. Independent living services for the severely disabled include recreational referrals, basic skill development, mobility training and instruction in personal home management skills. Provides technological aids and devices appropriate to achieving goals.

Hina’s Legacy Rescue Foundation advocates for improving the quality of life for pets statewide. We partner with other rescues for pop events to promote pet adoption and fostering.

(Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Treatment Services) Provides outreach into community to assess needs and develop a treatment plan. Provides case management utilizing resources in the community. Conducts health screening and nutrition/diabetic education.

(MEO) Provides accessible transportation service for the youth, elderly, disabled, and general public of Maui County. Services include non-emergency medical transport, demand response, and specialized service to also include 'fee-for-service" operations.
