Escorts the frail, elderly to doctors, hospitals, banks and pharmacies. Provides information and referrals that facilitate access to community resources.

A certified Patient Navigator provides personal hands-on support and direction to patients going through cancer treatment. The Patient Navigator can provide direction and referrals to resources, help patient's find financial assistance, help patient's formulate their thoughts for doctor's appointments, and help patient's coordinate their care between the many separate clinics/physicians/labs/imaging facilities located in Maui County and beyond. Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. Facilities include a multi-purpose building and a field. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Activities are geared for all ages, including classes in arts and crafts, Hawaiiana, games and sports, music, seasonal activities and crafts, and excursions. Common Grace facilitates partnerships between public elementary schools and nearby neighborhood churches in order to provide mentors for at-risk children. Volunteers goes through our basic training seminar that we have through out the school year. We look for mentors that have willing and loving hearts ready to be a friend to the kids at the local elementary school.
