QUEST Integration is a program in the Department of Human Services (DHS) for Medicaid beneficiaries to receive their health care services. QUEST Integration is offered through five health plans: AlohaCare, HMSA, Kaiser Permanente, 'Ohana Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households. Provides social casework, pre-sentence investigation, and supervision of adults convicted of misdemeanor offenses and traffic violations. Assists Court in using sentencing power to rehabilitate individuals.
