The program also offers intensive case management services known as Pathway of Hope (POH). POH is for families who are ready to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and move towards self-sufficiency.

Philips medication dispensing system (PMD) that provides prescribed doses of medications throughout the day at specified times with verbal cues. If medications are not taken, the PMD will call family responders. All medication compliance history is accessible at a secured website.

(American Red Cross of Hawaii) Provides immediate emergency assistance to victims of disasters, including food, shelter, clothing, crisis counseling and other services. (Goodwill Surplus Store) Goodwill Industries of Hawaii operates a thrift store selling low cost furniture, household goods, toys, and more. Proceeds benefit vocational training programs for individuals with employment barriers.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks.
