Men, women and children who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence and have been referred by a DHS partner (Child Welfare Services, Voluntary Case Management, Family Support Services).

(DVSF) The Domestic Violence Services for Families program provides counseling services for offenders, survivors and their children who have been referred by DHS programs. Services are provided primarily through group and individual counseling. Serves the Windward and Central area of Oahu. Groups area available after hours in the evening.
