Early Intervention Services are for children from birth to age three who have developmental concerns and focuses on improving the physical, cognitive, communicative, adaptive, social and emotional development of the child. As parents are the child’s first teachers, services are provided through one primary early intervention professional using parent coaching strategies. The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance.
A paper copy of the application can be downloaded, printed, signed and submitted via US postal mail or dropped off in the drop box. Judiciary of the Second Circuit Court

Jury trials are held in the Circuit Courts, which have general jurisdiction in civil and criminal cases. They also have exclusive jurisdiction in probate, guardianship and criminal felony cases, as well as civil cases where the contested amount exceeds $40,000. Circuit Courts share concurrent jurisdiction with District Courts in civil non-jury cases in which the amounts in controversy are between $10,000 and $40,000. Other cases heard by the Circuit Courts include mechanics' liens and misdemeanor violations transferred from the District Courts for jury trials.

SUN Bucks
(Summer EBT) Summer EBT, also called SUN Bucks, is a new and permanent program to provide benefits to households with school-aged children to purchase food during the summer. Households will receive $177 for each qualifying child, to be spent during the summer months. Eligibility must be established annually.
The SUN Bucks Program for Summer 2025 operating period will be from May 31, 2025 through August 3, 2025.
When will SUN Bucks expire?
Unused benefits expire 122 days after the date benefits are issued. Please use the benefit within that time frame. Once expired, the benefit cannot be reloaded.

For children who automatically qualify, the SUN Bucks EBT card with the $177 benefit already loaded will be mailed out by FIS starting the week of May 19th via USPS. Households should anticipate that it may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Cards are sent to the mailing address based on the child’s school records, or the household's mailing address per their SNAP or TANF case if the household participates or has participated in those programs.
