A weekly homeless outreach ministry fundamentally based around food distribution, gospel proclamation, and life transformation. We offer groceries, a hot meal, and haircuts. Occasionally, we also offer showers, and aides signing up for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Provides social casework, pre-sentence investigation, and supervision of adults convicted of misdemeanor offenses and traffic violations. Assists Court in using sentencing power to rehabilitate individuals. All clients are Court ordered for misdemeanor offenses for pre-sentence reports or on supervision for maximum of one year for each case referred. (HIHR) Provides Transitional Housing Program, Permanent Supportive Housing Program, Kitchen and Pantry Food Service Programs for the homeless. Provides assistance especially those with mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders, dual diagnosis, physical health and other disabilities, prioritizing the chronically homeless. Program helps achieve specific goals that includes but is not limited to obtaining and maintaining Transitional Housing, Supportive Permanent Housing and long-term Permanent Housing and will continue to provide Housing Services with Evidence-Based and Low-Barrier Service Models, as well as Coordinated Data Entry System utilizing (VI-SPDAT) and the Housing First Model Approached. Case Manager/Care Coordinator coordinates resources and community-based programs that helps with housing and other needs they may have. Maintains bi-weekly meetings to process and follow-up activities, conducts team meetings with providers including probation officers, mental health, substance abuse and medical.

Performs community planning and group development. Provides information and referral, personal development aid, emergency and general assistance. Operates special programs including agriculture education and training, employment services, family development and case management, Head Start, and senior community services employment.

PATCH, Hawaii's Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, supports those with childcare needs. PATCH provides referrals to licensed child care across the state, information on how to identify and choose quality child care, and resources to support the family, such as subsidy programs and services available in the community. In addition, the Child Care Recruitment Project offers support and guidance to individuals who are interested in opening their own childcare business.
