Serves court-referred youth and students at participating schools. Residential services including intensive therapy of chemically dependent youth referred by families, courts, CAMHD, others.

Provides screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STD), including syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia. Provides HIV testing and counseling, and partner notification services for STD, HIV. Also provides hepatitis B and C testing (based on eligibility, please call to check). Food distribution for March 21, 2026 is canceled. Nothing will be rescheduled for the month of March 2026. New Hope Kapolei provides a food pantry on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Please bring a rolling cart or large shopping bag. Food is on a first come, first served basis and the pantry may run out of food before the closing time. Please call for an appointment for emergency food on Thursday 10:30 am - 12:30 pm the weeks the food pantry is not open on Saturday. Supplies are limited and appointments are required.

(MEO) Works with people who have bad credit, no credit, low-income, and no measurable assets to provide assistance and guidance in the loan application process through loan approval from our Internal and External Loan Committees. Small business loans range from $500 to $10,000 to be used for startup operations or the expansion of an existing small business. Step loans are available after six months of on-time payments. A borrower can seek an additional $25,000 for expansion. Emergency loans ranging from $200 to $2000 are also available.

Volunteers assist Health System employees with acute care, long-term care and geriatric care. Duties range from clerical support to companionship activities within nursing home residents or patient assistance at the medical center. Volunteers also participate in hospital tours for visitors. Volunteers are accepted year round. Upon acceptance into the program, volunteers attend a general orientation given by the supervisor of their assigned department. Most volunteers work one to two times a week and a minimum of three hours a shift. Weekends are available.

(Steadfast Pacific) Acquires, develops, owns, and manages permanent supported housing suitable for occupancy by persons in Hawaii with chronic mental illness, also known as SMI (Seriously Mentally Ill). Operates 29 group homes (including duplex units) and 6 condominium units. All clients are being provided with mental health supportive services at the Community Mental Health Centers.
