Frozen meals delivered once a week to your home and is a week's worth of meals. Hot meals are daily during weekdays, including all holidays. Both hot and frozen programs offer medical meals. Helps frail elderly and disabled individuals preserve their independence at home by providing nutritious meals and regular personal contact. Clients will have to have limited mobility; not be able to meet certain criteria of daily living i.e. difficulty dressing themselves, unable to cook or shop on their own. We offer a thriving and robust kupuna (senior) and youth program. We also host additional services for all ages in a safe, intergenerational setting at our multi-purpose family center. KEY programs, both our own and those of others with whom we partner, provide positive alternatives for youth and families from Kaneohe to Kahuku with a focus on prevention, alternative education options, civic engagement. As an excellent meeting site, KEY provides opportunities for community members to participate in and gain control over their lives and the future of their community through active participation in clubs, organizations, halau, forums and community service activities. The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance. Hawaii School for the Deaf and Blind assesses and prescribes educational services for children with hearing and visual impairments, i.e., audio, speech, language, provides educational and medical screening and consultation, offers form facilities for qualified neighbor-island students, and transition services are provided to students as they prepare for post- secondary education and/or employment.

(Therapeutic Crisis Homes) The Therapeutic Crisis Homes (TCH) program provides youth the opportunity to stabilize with trained TCH parents who provide them with support and guidance they need to return to their families safely. Services are offered to each youth based on his/her individual needs. Youth are provided with individual counseling and family counseling with the ultimate goal of reunification with their families within 3 to 7 days. Crisis Home Parents provide a safe environment for youth ages 5 years old - 17 years old to stabilize their emotional and physical situation in time of crisis. Services included support, guidance and individual as well as family counseling to stabilize the situation so that youth can reunite with their families within 3-7 days. Trained staff professionals also help to develop an after-care plan for families and referrals to public and private follow-up services.
