(TTP) The Toddler Program is a non-profit, Christian early education program providing for preschool-aged children aged 2-5 years. Programs for the school year, after school care and summer available.

(KHS) The Community Care Center offers preventative care and treatment of conditions that are non-life threatening. Low-cost medical exams to pet-owners offered via a PetSmart Charities grant to owners on a walk-in basis.

(Hoopono Services for the Blind Branch) Assists people with visual impairment, blindness, or both deafness and blindness to obtain and maintain employment and/or independent functioning. Provides evaluation, counseling and guidance. Provides physical and mental restoration, vocational and other training, job development and placement, and supported employment. Supplies assistive aids and devices. Teaches mobility skills, personal and home management, and communication skills.

Inspects plants and animals arriving and leaving Hawaii to prevent spread of undesirable pests and diseases. Enforces federal regulations governing the movement of agricultural items into the United States.

(Donation campaign) Hawaiian Council launched Kakoo Mai, a coordinated effort to deliver immediate relief and ongoing support to those affected by this disaster. Kakoo Mai is a donation campaign to aid communities and individuals impacted by the floods and weather events beginning in March 2026. Funding will support evolving needs, including providing housing stability services, financial assistance, and other services to support impacted communities. Donations will be matched. Environmental education for families and children

Provides a national toll-free phone line to answer commonly asked questions on postal service, such as service hours, zip code and address information, and mailing rates. A caller attempting to reach a postal worker in Hawaii, or who asks a question that cannot be answered by Mainland operators, will be given a local number to call. Also provides U.S. Passports and voter ballot forms also available at several Post Office locations.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households. (Ohana Conferencing) In an ‘Ohana Conference, families work with CWS and use what they know to make the best decisions for the safety of their children and create a plan for strengthening the family. The ‘Ohana Conference is voluntary and is a positive, solution-oriented process. (Hawaii Gas - Customer Service - Hawaii County) Hawaii Gas provides propane and synthetic natural gas service and installation to utility, tank, and bottled gas customers on all islands. Must be an authorized account holder to access customer information. Provides primary health care including medical and psychiatric services for eligible veterans with stable, chronic health problems or minor acute illness. Provides social services, case management services, and information and referral to appropriate resources.

Youth identified as requiring intensive mental health services may be enrolled with the Department of Health (DOH) Family Guidance Center (FGC) located in the school district of their home school. They are assigned an FGC Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) at that time. The youth may, and often will, continue to receive School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) services and supports from the Department of Education (DOE) in conjunction with the intensive mental health services.

Marianas Hawaii Medical Referral Office Assists citizens of the Northern Mariana Islands who are visiting or living in Hawaii. Provides services to CNMI residents for medical referrals, student services for students who want to attend Hawaii schools and colleges. Also provides information for potential visitors to Marianas. The Mariana Islands consist of Rota, Tinian, Saipan and Northern Islands.
