Island-wide (Oahu only), curb-to-curb, and door-to-door transportation services for persons 60 years old or older to go to medical appointments, benefit appointments, group excursions, group and individual shopping, as well as other types of trips that enable independent living. The program uses vans with wheelchair lifts, ramps and sedans.

(CLDP, Team Based Opportunities) The Conservation Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a paid program for early professionals interested in pursuing a career in conservation. In CLDP, members are selected by a Host Site (partner organization) that aligns with their skills and conservation interests. Serving in areas such as ornithology, botany, natural resource management, aquatic resource management, marine biology, Hawaiian cultural studies, agricultural science, and more, CLDP terms typically last from 6 months to 1 year, offering hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in communities across Hawaii and the Pacific.

Serves as a liaison between the District Health Office and the central vital records office of the Department of Health in Honolulu. Provides order forms for vital records of birth, death, marriage and divorce. Applications for license to perform marriage ceremonies. For individuals impacted by the Maui Wildfires who need replacement vital records, an order may be placed online at https://vitrec.ehawaii.gov or call (808) 586-4602 or (808) 984-2400 ext. 6-4602. A relative may make the order on behalf of the person needing the replacement by uploading a copy of their own government ID (if born in Hawaii) to establish a relationship to the impacted individual. If not born in Hawai‘i, additional documents may need to be shown to verify the relationship. Permitted relatives can include a grandparent, parent, child, sibling, aunt, uncle, or cousin. The fee for an affected individual’s first copy of a birth or marriage certificate will be waived with a FEMA disaster assistance ID Number and/or a Lahaina residential address. Offers legal assistance for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning (LGBTQ) people who have experienced discrimination.

Discounted spay and neuter service for EBT/Kokua card holders, Medicaid card holders, and current low-income housing pet owners at participating clinics. (Kapolei Early Intervention Program, Easter Seals Kapolei Early Intervention Program) Easterseals Hawaii provides individualized early intervention services to children under 3 with or at risk for developmental delays and their families. Services include: Development of an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP); Parent coaching and family support; Developmental evaluations; Resources, information, and referral services; Assistance to families in transition planning for their child’s transition into the Department of Education special education, Head Start or preschool. Treatment Focus Areas: Cognitive; Language and Communication; Physical; Development; Social and Emotional; Adaptive/Self Care. Program focuses on building a support team for the family and assisting them in meeting challenges via parent coaching and building a foundation of tools and strategies that parents need to support their child’s growth and participation in their community.

Answers inquiries about the registration status of organizations and handles complaints involving potential violations of state securities laws against persons or organizations registered with the division.

Provides customs information on foreign travel, registering articles and duty rates. Inspects baggage of individuals arriving from other countries and collects appropriate duty or tariffs.

Provides protective services to abused, neglected, or financially exploited dependent adults, 18 years and older. Takes action, with client consent, to prevent further abuse from occurring.
