School-based programs are during or after-school and conducted in collaboration with school counselors. Programs offer therapeutic peer support groups that follow the Hawaii Department of Education (HDOE) public school calendar. Kids Hurt Too Hawaii (KHTH) is expanding school-based groups upon request from schools. Requirements include a dedicated therapeutic space for conducting groups at the school. KHTH provides the supplies and set-up as well as trains volunteers to assist if allowed with professional staff available at every group. Currently at Paia and Nanakuli. The program is expanding to other schools upon request. Currently helping elementary school aged children.

(HVO, Kilauea June 2023) Hawaiian Volcano Observatory's (HVO) daily eruption updates include the latest information on the currently active lava flow, as well as maps and photos/videos of the flow. Recruits volunteers for researching Hawaii volcanoes, call for information.

(CGC) Common Ground Collective's (CGC) Foster Farming project is now offering weekly harvesting services to Upcountry, North Shore, Central and South Maui. Landowners get to decide if they would like to donate their produce or sell their produce. Produce donations will have donation receipts provided and will go to support the mission of Common Ground Collective or will be donated to other community organizations to help support their missions and get healthy produce to food insecure individuals.

(Ho'omau Ke Ola - HKO) Hoomau Ke Ola operates a culture-based substance abuse treatment center providing residential, outpatient, and aftercare levels of care along with transitional housing, case management services, individual and group counseling, family education, and vocational education. Using cross-cultural perspectives to the healing of addiction, Hoomau Ke Ola clients participate in outdoor activities that include restoration of Hawaiian agricultural land, service to the community, hula and canoeing.

Provides opportunities and manages facilities for non-organized, outdoor, aquatic recreational activities such as sportfishing, underwater photography and studying aquatic life. Operates and stocks freshwater public fishing areas on Hawaii, Kauai and Oahu. Shoreline Fishery Management monitors accidental introduction of foreign aquatic species. Develops and manages statewide system of artificial reefs to enhance sportfishing species.

Registers US citizens from 16 years old. However, only individuals attaining 18 years of age by next election are allowed to vote. Receives and processes nomination papers filed by candidates. Collects filing fees from candidates.

National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Cancer Information Service provides up-to-date information on cancer. Our trained Information Specialists provide personalized responses to a range of cancer topics, including: cancer research and clinical trials, how to find cancer treatment centers, cancer prevention, risk factors, symptoms, early detection, diagnosis, treatment, and living with cancer.

Provides care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides education in women and child health, chronic diseases, etc. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation services to private schools, day care, and residential care homes.

(Tutus Closet) Tutu's closet is a free mini thrift shop held only on 7/18/15 (Saturday) that provides household items, clothes, children's clothing for school, shoes. (Lawn Bowling Green) Plays the game of lawn bowling. Location is across from Borders Book Store in Ward Centre. Free lessons are provided.

Project Vision is providing shelter for those affected by the Maui wildfires in August 2023 that do not have shelter. The site will be able to house around 150 people who will be provided a military grade tent for shelter. There is access to showers, medical care and restrooms as well as other services. The shelter will also provide transportation to and from the site. Case managers from the state will also be on hand to work with those shelter residents to develop a recovery plan. Location is off Hana Highway in Pu'unene.
