Obtain and fill out our 1 page referral form - available on our website under the forms tab. Fax in to attn rep payee. A rep payee intake worker will contact once referral is received.
For Social Security beneficiaries ONLY - free if they have an AMHD eligible diagnosis. If not AMHD eligible, $40.00 once a month. For VA beneficiaries, 4% of their monthly benefit amount.

Representative payee or federal fiduciary services are for individuals struggling to, or are unable to, manage their finances. The program helps find a means to maintain financial stability while gaining the skills and discipline necessary to acquire financial responsibility. Kokua Support Services works closely with the Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, and all third parties (case managers, landlords, creditors) to ensure clients funds are handled with the upmost care.
