(Tutu and Me Traveling Preschool) Tutu and Me aims to identify, recruit, and service this undeserved segment of the Native Hawaiian population through an innovative traveling preschool program done in cooperation with churches and community organizations serving the Hawaiian and part-Hawaiian community. Tutu and Me aims to meet the developmental needs of these young children and to support the grandparents as well as parents and other primary caregivers who are raising them. Teaching teams, comprised of early education educators, travel to pre-selected communities where they set up, conduct, and facilitate the program. The curriculum is organized around learning themes and cultural aspects, as well as those values that continue to influence the lives of native Hawaiian children, are also incorporated into the curriculum.

The Ulupono Family Strengthening Program provides family support, referrals and resources to families on Oahu from birth to 17 years old to promote positive parenting, safe and secure home environment, and healthy child development.

Provides motor vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, and duplicate registration and/or title. Issues dog/bike licenses, county business licenses, tipping fee coupons, and collects payments for real property taxes, sewers and landfill disposal charges.

(Youth Technology Education) We offer several programs through the year for kids to learn about new technologies through a place-based lens.

Analyzes soil and plant tissue, diagnoses plant diseases, identifies insects, and analyzes feed. Assists with crop recommendations. Provides information and recommendations on backyard and garden weeds. Provides plant insect control advice. Accepts reports of plant disease problems.

(Crime Stoppers) Provides law enforcement, criminal investigation and crime prevention. Investigates accidents and provides traffic control. Registers firearms. Accepts information on missing persons. HPD does not handle driver's licensing or motor vehicle registration, abandoned vehicles or safety inspections (these are provided by Department of Finance, Motor Vehicle & Licensing Division).

Hawaii Agricultural Foundation's program In the Fields brings learning to life with fully funded field trips that take students and teachers onto working farms across Hawaii. These experiences provide firsthand exposure to agriculture, connecting classroom lessons to the land, crops, and farmers who sustain our islands. By engaging directly with local agriculture, students build a stronger understanding of where food comes from and the importance of supporting Hawaii’s farmers.

You can use the Refund tracker to view the status of your refund without making an IRS account. Your Social Security Number, tax year, your filing status, and the refund amount as shown on your tax return is required to use the Refund tracker. The website also contains information on tax forms and how to file your taxes. Your taxes may be filed for free via the IRS Free File or Free File Fillable Forms may be used. Information is also available on tax fraud and identity theft. Visit the website to report a tax fraud or scam, repot a fake IRS message or call, report stolen Social Security number (SSN), individual tax identification number (ITIN) or employer identification number (EIN), or file a complaint on a tax return preparer.

Goodwill Industries of Hawaii Immigrant Services Resource Center provides acculturation services, financial literacy training, access to community resources such as housing, legal and advocacy services.

(Community Services) Church of Seventh-Day Adventist distributes food to the needy. Some toiletries (soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, diapers, and items that are donated ) a provided when they are available. Church of Seventh-Day Adventist accepts donated personal grooming supplies.

(Innovation and Entrepreneurship) Business accelerator programs, design training, and innovation challenges support the development of a community-serving economy of abundance and wellness, built upon indigenous innovation and technology.

Ohua Clinic provides primary and preventive medical care fully integrated with behavioral health and Native Hawaiian Healing. Other services include tobacco treatment, HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C services, gender affirming care, women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatric care, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, care coordination, pharmacy services, and more. New patients are asked to fill out a Patient Registration Form in advance of scheduling an appointment. The registration form is available on Waikiki Health’s website at https://www.waikikihealth.org. Face masks are optional for patients while clinical staff providing direct services are required to wear face masks.

Offers college programs and classes, students can transfer to UH Manoa, UH West Hawaii and UH Hilo upon completion of the associate and arts degree at Hawaii Community College and other requirements. The Student Services office provides information on financial aid, program requirements, distance learning, admissions, tuition, student rights, registration, and other academic regulations.
