(H-HEAP, Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program - Energy Credit, LIHEAP, LIHEAP EC, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) Hawaii Home Energy Assistance Program (H-HEAP) is a federal program that provides qualifying low-income households with a one-time credit to offset household energy costs. Applications for this program are only accepted during the month of June. The amount of the credit varies each year and is based on the total number of people living in the house. Applicants must have an active electric account and are required to submit a current electric bill. Applicants may apply, once per program year for one of the two types of credit: Energy Credit (EC) or Emergency Crisis Intervention (ECI). -The Energy Credit program provides households who are not in crisis with a one-time payment which will be deposited directly into their utility accounts. Applications for energy credit accepted only during the month of June.

The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Keiki To Kupuna Foundation (KTKF) delivers frozen meals to the homebound and isolated seniors. Each senior receives 5 or 7 meals a week. Program also provides private pay meals for anybody who needs frozen meals - accepts donations of $40 for 5 individual frozen meals gets delivered to the customers' home.

(MEO) Works with people who have bad credit, no credit, low-income, and no measurable assets to provide assistance and guidance in the loan application process through loan approval from our Internal and External Loan Committees. Small business loans range from $500 to $10,000 to be used for startup operations or the expansion of an existing small business. Step loans are available after six months of on-time payments. A borrower can seek an additional $25,000 for expansion. Emergency loans ranging from $200 to $2000 are also available.

(WWWBWS) Hawaii Agricultural Foundation provides teacher workshops in partnership with the Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) and are free for HIDOE members.
