Transitional housing for HIV+ individuals who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Participants may stay between 3 and 24 months; there is on-site curricula, one-on-one counseling, and group activities. Participants pay 30% of income towards rent. Not a hospice or treatment facility, but ensures that participants are connected to needed primary medical care and support services.

We provide business technical assistance free of charge for the life of the loan. Collateral may be required according to the risk and viability of the business to be financed. Lending is subject to availability of SBA funding. The Kealahou Initiative (Kī) is designed to support the development of ʻōpio leaders through entrepreneurship and innovation. This program is for opio ages 14 years old - 30 years old ready to take their creative ideas and passions through the design and entrepreneurial process, where you can start your own business, social movement, or government initiative. This program will help ʻōpio go from idea to being pitch-ready for investors and supporters at the rate that is best for them. (Ohana Finding) Family Finding is a process designed to identify, locate and engage family members of children and youth who are in foster care. Family Finding utilizes database case mining and internet searches to identify and locate family and other possible relatives. Individuals who are identified as possible relatives are verified via phone contact and/or letters, and names of confirmed family members are compiled onto maternal and paternal family lists. These lists are then submitted to Child Welfare Services (CWS), the GAL, and the EPIC Ohana Conference coordinator or the Ohana Connections specialist to assist them in engaging relatives to help care for, provide support for, or reconnect to the child in care. Ohua Clinic provides primary and preventive medical care fully integrated with behavioral health and Native Hawaiian Healing. Other services include tobacco treatment, HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C services, gender affirming care, women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatric care, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, care coordination, pharmacy services, and more. New patients are asked to fill out a Patient Registration Form in advance of scheduling an appointment. Face masks are optional for patients while clinical staff providing direct services are required to wear face masks.

(Adaptive Aids, Canines and Advocacy for the Blind) Guide Dogs of Hawaii provides guide dogs, mobility aids, organization and methods instructions, graduate follow-up and other services to Hawaii residents who are blind or visually impaired.

The Maui Red Cross provides disaster response to those affected by disasters in Maui County and shares critical preparedness information to the community so that people can prepare before a disaster strikes. All disaster response and disaster training are provided at no charge. Training classes such as first aid and CPR are available for a fee.
