Programs that provide organized opportunities for individuals to pursue their interest in balloon sculpting, often through the medium of a club or society which is under the leadership of people who are knowledgeable in the subject. Activities may include demonstrations of balloon twisting techniques and regular meetings at which members share information about current projects and enjoy the company of other balloon art enthusiasts. Some balloon sculpting clubs may also provide space for activities, sponsor exhibits or sales of balloon art created by members, publish a newsletter or provide access to a library of resources about the craft. Included are Internet-based virtual clubs, WebRings devoted to the subject and clubs where members meet face-to-face.
