National and international tennis tournaments that feature singles and doubles matches among paid professional tennis players who are part of the ATP Tour (the men's professional tennis circuit) or WTA Tour (the women's professional tennis circuit), the Worldwide Senior Tennis Circuit or other professional tennis tours. Major professional tennis tournaments include Wimbledon, the U.S. Open, the Australian Open and the French Open, which constitute the "Grand Slam"; and the Master's Series which includes the four "Grand Slam" tournaments and six others. Included are organizations that sponsor, organize, hold, promote, sell tickets to and publicize the events; provide information about tournament schedules; and/or maintain information about current standings.
