Programs, often offered by local inline skating clubs, that provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy inline skating activities. The program may provide instruction in inline skating, host private lessons, arrange for discounts on skating equipment, run adult and youth inline hockey leagues, sponsor racing clinics and races and organize recreational and aggressive skating activities for participants of all ability levels and interests.
