Eating establishments that offer the cuisine of Kenya which features specialties such as ugali (a loaf-shaped dish made with white corn meal which is dipped into spicy sauces and eaten with the fingers), ugali sukuma wiki (the Kenyan equivalent of red beans and rice), masala fish, pepper soup, chapatis (bread), pilau (rice with cloves or other spices), matoke (green bananas cooked in tomato sauce) and mussala (a Kenyan curry).
