Individuals whose ethnic background and cultural ancestry identify them as part of the Kosovar community. Kosovar is a traditionally ethnic Albanian and Serbian region within what is now the country of Serbia and Montenegro. The region is currently a civil administration under the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo or UNMIK.
