Eating establishments that offer beef specialties such as prime rib, grilled New York strip steaks, sirloin steaks and fillet mignon as well as lamb chops, crab, lobster, grilled fish and other dishes traditionally served by steak houses. Sourdough bread, soup or salad and a choice of dressings and baked potatoes may accompany the meal.
