Eating establishments that offer fresh fish and shellfish specialties including calimari, abalone, sand dabs, swordfish, mahi mahi, cod, bluefish, red snapper, salmon, fillet of sole, trout, thresher shark, shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops and other local dishes that may be steamed, broiled, baked or fried and served with a variety of sauces or toppings. Raw items may also be available including clams, mussels and oysters. Soup or salad, bread, potatoes and vegetables are typically included with the meal.
