Youth Outreach Program at Hale Kipa Inc. - Youth Outreach 415 Keoniana Street, Honolulu, HI 96815 Since 1989, Youth Outreach (YO!) has provided medical and social services to homeless youth. Beyond basic services, YO! offers encouragement and the opportunity to create positive change, which most homeless youth don't find anywhere else. Services are provided free of charge.
