Trauma-Informed Mental Resilience Training Curriculum at IBOUNCE UP Office IBOUNCE UP provides facilitated resilience training sessions, interactive skill-building activities, guided reflection, and practical tools participants can apply in daily life. Pre- and post-training surveys are used to measure changes in resilience knowledge, confidence, and skill application. The program is designed to complement, not replace, clinical services by providing accessible, preventive mental health education that strengthens individual and community wellbeing. The Trauma-Informed Mental Resilience Training Curriculum is a structured, evidence-based education program delivered through group sessions at partner sites across Oahu and Kauai and statewide via virtual platforms when appropriate. The curriculum focuses on building emotional regulation, stress management, healthy coping strategies, self-awareness, and interpersonal resilience using trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
