By building sound social and emotional skills the children are better able to become successful in their academic growth. The program is based on sound principles of child development and early childhood education. At HBA Preschool at GracePoint, we believe that the children learn best by doing. Learning requires active thinking, experimenting and firsthand experience to find out how things work and to learn about the world. At school we focus on the process rather than the product in the work that the young learners render. We see play and hands-on experiences as the foundation for academic or “school” learning. We believe in developing the whole child. (808) 626-8798 https://www.hba.net/preschool
