Standards apply to elected and appointed state officials, employees, and board and commission members. Standards do not apply to judges or to federal or county officials or employees. Administers and enforces financial disclosure requirements for state officials, employees, board and commission members, and candidates for state elective office. Administers and enforces the State Lobbyists Law, Chapter 97, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Lobbyists Law includes registration and reporting requirements for lobbyists and persons and organizations involved in lobbying the state legislative and executive branches.
