Maui Academy of Performing Arts provides educational performing arts programs for all ages including academy classes, theatrical productions, Theatre for Young Audiences tours, and classroom residencies integrating drama and literacy skills.

(Maui Community Theater) We offer: a full season of community theater productions, youth productions, dance concert, Fringe Festival, free ONO productions and more. Youth and Adult acting and dance classes. Multiple volunteer opportunities. Venue rental.

(The Actors Group) The Actors' Group (TAG) is a small but active Community Theatre. Our seating capacity is 55 to 60 seats. We are located in the Dole Cannery Square Mall. We produce 6 to 7 plays each season (September through August) These are all straight plays, we do not do musicals because our theater is so small. Everyone at TAG is a volunteer. And we are always looking for volunteers to help in every aspect of the theater.

Kumu Kahua means "Original stage" or "Platform". Kumu Kahua is a Playwright's Theatre in the State of Hawaii, providing the local community with 35 years of plays written by local playwrights for the community to attend. The 100 seater black box theatre performs five plays during its Season of Shows. Produces theatre oriented towards Hawaii's people, in their multi-ethnic diversity. Acts as a platform for local writers as well as hands-on operation for local actors, directors and theatre technicians. Offers classes in playwriting and acting. Accepts volunteers to assist with fundraising, box office, ushing, threatre technicians and phone duties.

Hawaii's leading performance center, providing a variety of cultural, educational and entertainment experiences to supplement arts education in schools and enhance Honolulu's quality of life.

Community theatre producing a year-round season of comedies, musicals, and dramas.

Provides meeting rooms, convention space and theatrical stage for public use. Meeting Rooms: Includes folding tables and chairs for 600 people. Kitchen: Approved by the State Department of Health for food preparation and concession purposes.

Produces plays and drama education programs which help youth gain an understanding of the arts through theatrical and drama experience. Provides teacher study guides for all plays. 6-8 plays produced yearly; 2-4 tour to the neighbor islands. Presents theatre for adults.

Offers plays, musicals and performing arts classes and programs. Facility may be rented out for productions, meetings, etc. Offers full service costume shop with costumes for sale or rental.
