Hina Mauka objective is provide a comprehensive services delivery system of residential, day treatment and aftercare levels of care. Hina Mauka’s objective is to provide a separate track for co-occurring disorders consumers deemed appropriate. Another objective is to provide a longer term treatment perspective that incorporates the stages of change research to “meet the consumer where they are”. Cognitive restructuring techniques; motivational enhancement interventions and motivational interviewing techniques; relapse prevention; and other services are designed to help the consumer foster independence, connect to community-based services, and participate in support activities to increase stability. Hina Mauka’s objective is to provide a specifically designed curriculum with skill building and process groups that are designed to facilitate a change in thought processes, attitudes, values and behaviors that promotes a greater degree of personal responsibility.

Peer Recovery Coach, Peer Mentors, Peer Specialist Trainers, Veteran Court Mentors, Forensic Peer Specialist Hawaii Vet 2 Vet Inc. delivers client centered Mental Health and Substance Abuse Peer Recovery Educational and Community Support Services. Stakeholders have the ability to remain focused on the goals that are created and outlined in each participants Individualized Treatment and Recovery Plan.

(Addicted.org Hawaii) Drug Rehab Services - Hawaii assists in locating substance use disorder services in your area. We offer substance use disorder education videos with tips and statistics to encourage substance use prevention.

Coalition for a Drug-Free Hawaii is dedicated to serving Hawaii’s children, families, and communities with aloha and programs that strengthen health, wellness, and resilience against substance misuse through awareness, education, and action. Programs include: after-school/in-school evidence-based programs for youth; youth leadership development; family strengthening workshops; youth and family counseling services; training and capacity building with communities; the Hawaii Prevention & Treatment Resource Center which offers substance use prevention, treatment, and related educational materials and resources to the general public; the Hawaii Pacific Center for Excellence providing training for the workforce in the field of substance abuse prevention, treatment, health, and wellness; and TeenLink Hawaii, a teen resource for information on critical health and social issues impacting youth.

The Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center serves Hawai'i communities by reducing the harm and fighting the stigma of HIV, hepatitis, homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and poverty in our community. We focus our efforts on those disproportionately affected by social determinants of health, including but not limited to: people living with and/or affected by HIV, hepatitis, substance use, and the transgender, LGBQ and the Native Hawaiian communities. We foster health, wellness, and systemic change in Hawai'i and the Pacific through care services, advocacy, training, prevention, education, and capacity building.
