(ADLRO) The Administrative Driver’s License Revocation Office (ADLRO) is responsible for: Conducting reviews and hearings related to the administrative revocation of driving privileges of respondents arrested in violation of HRS §291E-61 or §291E-61.5 for operating a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. Issuing review and hearing decisions, and determining the period of revocation to be imposed, and related matters. Issuing ignition interlock permits and employee driver’s permits to eligible respondents whose driver’s licenses have been revoked. Maintaining a record of all reviews, hearings, and decisions, and making such data available to related agencies.
