Trafficking Victim Assistance Program

(TVAP) Sex Trafficking Case Management services are provided to juvenile victims and their families or caregivers through the Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP).
In partnership with the Susannah Wesley Community Center and Hale Kipa, Parents And Children Together provides victim centered trauma-informed comprehensive case management to survivors of sex trafficking.
Services include crisis response, intake screening, and case management designed to support the victim in leaving the trafficking situation.

Starfish Mentoring Program

Ho'ola Na Pua's Starfish Mentoring Program (SMP) provides mentoring with trauma-informed care and support that addresses the unique needs of survivors of sex trafficking and those at risk. Weekly meetings are activity-based and led by extensively trained mentors aged twenty-one or older. Mentors offer support and advocacy while serving as positive role models to program participants. Referrals to the program can be made through service providers, law enforcement or family members by calling or texting 808.222.1872.
The Starfish Mentoring program does not adhere to strict hours of operation and can be available after hours as well.
Program service are community based, so they happen through the island of O'ahu.
