Moiliili Children and Families Program

Operates after-school program, holiday, summer, intersession, waiver days, located at Moiliili Community Center and Jefferson A+, Kaahumana A+ and Lunalilio A+ programs. Transports children from Hokulani, Lunalilo, Kahala, Wilson and UH Lab school. Volunteer opportunities in the children and senior program. Also in teaching classes, community programs, youth development and administration.
Our Kupuna Volunteers
(Hawaii VA Foundation) Community volunteers shops for and deliver groceries, medication and necessary supplies to the kupuna's home every 2 weeks. The kupuna pays for the groceries that the volunteer delivers. The volunteer does not enter the kupuna's home. Inquire about other islands in the service area.

DVAC Volunteer Opportunities
Dedicated to helping victims of domestic abuse by providing direct legal services to clients, legal information, case management and support services, community education, and advocacy for system reform and other specialized services such as our Teen Alert program. Accepts volunteers to assist clients in areas such as individual outreach, safety issues, legal issues, advocacy, manning of legal help line, and clerical and public education.
Mentorship
Common Grace facilitates partnerships between public elementary schools and nearby neighborhood churches in order to provide mentors for at-risk children. Volunteers goes through our basic training seminar that we have through out the school year. We look for mentors that have willing and loving hearts ready to be a friend to the kids at the local elementary school.
