Provides after school A+ program at several elementary schools. Offers swimming lessons and other classes. Conducts fitness programs, aerobics, intersession and summer fun program.

Adult day care services for senior citizens of all ethnic backgrounds. Services include daily exercises, arts and crafts, socialization, outings, local entertainment, and other mentally and physically stimulating activities. We also offer bathing for an additional charge. Late Fee of $250 assessed per 30 days outstanding.

Offers tips on how to train for Honolulu Marathon, and advice and encouragement for all runners. Program geared for beginners as well as for experienced runners.

Offers classes on weight management, and smoking cessation. Teaches aerobics. Offers programs on coping with cancer, diabetes, and hypertension (high blood pressure). Provides one-on-one consultations on smoking cessation and nutrition.
