(Pahoa Family Health Center) Hawaii Island Community Health Center (HICHC) provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health care for the whole ohana. Services include, but are not limited to: primary care, preventative care, women's health, pediatric care, dental, same day visits, mental health care, confidential teen visits, substance use treatment, WIC services, community outreach, and school based health care. We can assist with insurance enrollment.

Provides screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STD), including syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia. Provides HIV testing and counseling, and partner notification services for STD, HIV. Also provides hepatitis B and C testing (based on eligibility, please call to check). Also, hepatitis B vaccines (based on availability and eligibility, please call to check).
