(Pahoa Family Health Center) Hawaii Island Community Health Center (HICHC) provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health care for the whole ohana. Services include, but are not limited to: primary care, preventative care, women's health, pediatric care, dental, same day visits, mental health care, confidential teen visits, substance use treatment, WIC services, community outreach, and school based health care. We can assist with insurance enrollment.

The Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center serves Hawai'i communities by reducing the harm and fighting the stigma of HIV, hepatitis, homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and poverty in our community. We focus our efforts on those disproportionately affected by social determinants of health, including but not limited to: people living with and/or affected by HIV, hepatitis, substance use, and the transgender, LGBQ and the Native Hawaiian communities. We foster health, wellness, and systemic change in Hawai'i and the Pacific through care services, advocacy, training, prevention, education, and capacity building.

Conducts educational forums about HIV/AIDS. Provides community outreach (culturally and risk factor appropriate). Provides case management services. Provides food assistance when available. HIV testing, STD Testing. Hepatitis B and C testing, PrEP counseling and referrals. Women's Services: Pap smears, birth control. Needle Exchange Smoking Cessation. All information gathered during testing, counseling and intake are kept confidential.

Waikiki Health's HIV Early Intervention Services Program is committed to the early detection and treatment of HIV, which can help prevent the onset of AIDS and other opportunistic infections. Confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing and counseling are available at the Waikiki Health’s Ohua Clinic in Waikiki and Makahiki Medical and Dental Clinic in McCully/Moiliili. Our prevention services team offers a wide variety of programs designed to reach individuals at risk for confronting HIV. Waikiki Health integrates HIV specialty care with primary medical, behavioral health, dental care and support services. Available as well during service hours at the Ohua Clinic in Waikiki

Provides confidential HIV (AIDS) testing and counseling.

Provides case management, counseling, hospital visitation, and support programs. Provides food pantry to clients only. Offers support groups. Conducts outreach to youth, women and high risk populations in the community and work place. Advocates for progressive public policy and effective service systems. Provides free Hepatitis C testing, free HIV testing and free Syphilis testing.

Provides screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STD), including syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia. Provides HIV testing and counseling, and partner notification services for STD, HIV. Also provides hepatitis B and C testing (based on eligibility, please call to check). Assists with daily living needs, financial aid for housing, food and medicine. Offers individual counseling, nursing, and social service case management. Accessing all aspect of medical care including vision, dental and drug assistance. Qualifying for public and private aid programs for housing and financial assistance, home health services, essential transportation, etc, Counseling and referral services including mental health, harm reduction and return to work programs, disability claims and a fully stocked food pantry on-site.
