Dedicated to a safe environment for walking, bicycling, jogging, and alternative modes of transportation on Hawaii's roads and trails. Teaches bicycle and pedestrian safety to first, fourth and fifth grade children and bicycle and pedestrian - sensitive motorist education.

Responsible for creating and maintaining bikeways on county roads. Disseminates bicycle safety information, maps, and educational flyers.

Provides bicycling advocacy in such areas as commuting, education, mountain biking, recreation, sport, touring, tourism, trail maintenance, transportation, etc. Organizes weekend rides, bicycling events and races, bi-monthly newsletter, membership meetings, etc. Conducts Bike Ed Hawaii, an on-bike on-road bicycling education program for 4th grade children in Oahu's public school system. Also teaches a walk smart program at the First grade level and a Sixth Grade review course.

Offers a variety of sports/fitness programs including aerobics, weightlifting, racquetball and swimming. Provides lodging for single men. Sponsors youth programs including holiday fun, hula, ukulele, computers, junior leadership, and sports. Provides after school and vacation child care. Also provides a driver's education program. Has single room male-only residential facility, call about accomodations, room rates and other information.
