Provides technical guidance on probable impacts to fish, projects, project developers and permitting authorities. Provides public information on fishing and Hawaii's marine life. Accepts reports of any aquatic animal in fresh or salt water.

(Womens Center) Provides a safe place to gather with a study lounge, academic and personal development workshops, response and referral services, and educational lectures and programs. Includes PAU Violence Program, which provides prevention education and advocacy for current UH students who have experienced sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking.

Offers and provides a comprehensive program of educational, health, and social services to income or categorically-eligible children and families in order to promote school readiness. -Early Head Start - provides prenatal support services to expectant mothers and their families, as well as educational services for children zero to three years of age through islandwide home-based home visiting. -Head Start - provides preschool educational services to children three to five years-old through center and home-based options islandwide. Parents are the key to success in Head Start and Early Head Start. As members of the Parent Committees and Head Start Policy Council, parents help decide how the program is operated. Parents are invited to volunteer in all phases of the Head Start program at any time.

Parent Participation Preschool is a three-phased program for parents to assist in their child's transition from home to school. Each phase requires a different amount of participation. The Financial Readiness program offers a wide range of services to assist soldiers and their families with financial affairs. Emphasis is placed upon educating soldiers and spouses in money management, proper use of credit, financial planning, deployment, transition and relocation, credit improvement, identity theft, investment information, and check writing principles to prevent financial difficulties before they arise and prepare them for their financial future.
