The Relocation Program provides services to inbound and outbound soldiers and family members about resources that are needed to make informed decisions and to reduce problems that occur due to frequent moves. Services include relocation planning, pre-arrival information, welcome packet, newcomer's orientation, island tour and immigration informational workshops. Transitional housing for HIV+ individuals who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Participants may stay between 3 and 24 months; there is on-site curricula, one-on-one counseling, and group activities. Participants pay 30% of income towards rent.
