EOC helps clients develop their potential, provides technical assistance, and assists in removing personal barriers to employment through one-on-one coaching. (MST, Multisystemic) This program is a unique, goal-oriented model that provides comprehensive treatment that serves chronic, violent delinquents ages 12 years old to 18 years old. It is a family focused, in-home and community-based treatment program that has been the focus of several major research studies, and demonstrated clinical and cost effectiveness for youth with complex emotional, social and academic needs Multisystemic (MST) is a time-limited, intensive family and community based treatment that addresses serious anti-social behavior in juvenile offenders ages 12 years old - 18 years old. Program addresses the factors associated with delinquency across the youth’s settings (e.g. family, peers, school, neighborhood) and uses the strengths of each system to foster positive change. At least one adult/parental figure must be willing to assume long-term parenting role and participate with service providers for the duration of treatment.

(After School Drop In) The Susannah Wesley Community Center After School Enrichment Program provides a safe, structured spaces where youth ages 7 years old -18 year old can build life skills, discover new interest, and form meaningful relationships with peers. Activities focus on personal growth, leadership, and academic achievement.

Hoa Aina O Makaha (HAOM) provides Kupuna U-Pick event where students from Papahana o Kaiona will lead activities on the farm including harvesting, sugarcane juice refresher, recipe sharing, and value-added products. Operates an adult day health program which provides therapeutic services and treatments including nursing care, recreational therapy and social services. Designed for persons at risk for long term care placement. Accepts volunteers 16 years old or older, to assist in transporting residents, general office duties, music leaders, craft assistants, active games, religious services, pet therapy, ethnic groups, sewing craft projects, etc.

Keiki To Kupuna Foundation (KTKF) delivers frozen meals to the homebound and isolated seniors. Each senior receives 5 or 7 meals a week. Program also provides private pay meals for anybody who needs frozen meals - accepts donations of $40 for 5 individual frozen meals gets delivered to the customers' home.

Distribution of emergency food to low-income individuals and families.

(CFS Gerontology Program - Ohana Care) Caregivers who provide the primary care to individuals who are disabled, frail, and/or isolated residents on Oahu, who are 60 years of age or older, on an as needed basis are eligible for case management, counseling, and training services. Training topics may include: ADL/ADL limitations, caregiver’s role, disease prevention and remediation, access to available resources, stages of disease and options/ referrals in legal or financial related matters, RCI-REACH, and Arthritis Foundation related training. Staff will also provide information and referral sources when needed. Designed to improve the quality of life for families, care receivers, and caregivers by offering a continuum of quality care that is flexible and individualized in order to prolong the care giving relationship. The program actively assists the care receiver and the caregiver in implementing an individualized, strengths based service plan on how to reduce stress and link with the appropriate community resources. The program also provides supportive counseling.

The Always Reading program works with partner schools to provide families of Pre-K and K students with a tablet, unlimited access to a digital children’s library featuring 40,000 diverse titles, gifted hard-copy books for their home libraries throughout the year, and a book coach. Students take the tablet home and our book coaches work with the families via text message to support and empower families to build strong reading routines in the home. Families keep the tablets once the program is complete.

(COVID-19 Testing) Does not turn anyone away that wants to get tested for COVID-19. Priority is given to the Kalihi Palama Health Center (KPHC) existing clients, those that are sick and have COVID-19 sypmtoms as well as the KPHC staff. KPHC provides documentation for employer, individuals that need to get tested to provide documentation for their employer, etc. will be at the bottom of the priority list to get tested. If an individual provides a referral from their doctor, the COVID-19 test results will be forwarded to their doctor and their doctor will notify them.
