Self-Help Housing Corporation of Hawaii (SHHCH) is developing the 87 lot Nanaikeola Self-Help Housing Subdivision in Nanakuli. SHHCH provides technical assistance to families with very low and low income to build their own houses through the team self-help housing method. Technical assistance includes financial counseling, loan packaging, homeownership education, and instructions on-the-job on how to build houses through the mutual self-help housing method. Under the team self-help housing approach families will build one and two story, three and four bedroom houses for $395,000, fee simple. No down payment required. Each family will contribute 32 hours/week of labor and help each other build the houses through a mass construction technique. SHHCH projects initiating the residential construction at the end of 2025.

(DOTAX) State of Hawaii Department of Taxation - Oahu collects State taxes, provides information and assistance on preparation of tax forms, provides assistance to the elderly and the disabled in filing State tax credits, issues general excise tax licenses, and furnishes State tax forms. The office handles applications for Federal Employer Identification Numbers on a limited basis and walk-ins only. (Womens Outpatient Clinic) Operates an outpatient clinic offering comprehensive medical, obstetrical and gynecological care. Offers family planning services, pregnancy testing, prenatal and high risk prenatal care, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, dietary counseling, urgent care, teen clinic, Endocrine clinic and various clinic procedures.

(Colitis and Crohns Disease Support Group) Sponsors support group for people with colitis or Crohn's disease.

(KAC, Individual Opportunities) Kupu Aina Corps (KAC) is a workforce development initiative established through the State of Hawaii’s legislation for Green Jobs Youth Corps. This yearlong program employs individuals seeking experience in Hawaii’s environmental sector. Through Kupu’s extensive network of partner organizations across the state, these paid opportunities include positions in sustainability, agriculture, environmental technology and other green job fields.
