WIN gives preference for admission of pregnant women in our housing and treatment program.

Eligible applicants may receive up to four months of financial assistance, including:
-Up to 4 months of rent or mortgage (up to $6,000 per month)
-One time security deposit (actual housing deposit amount up to the maximum of $6,000)
-Up to 4 months of utility assistance ($2,000 per month per utility source)
-One time Utility deposit (up to $3,000 per utility source).
Utility payments may include electricity, gas, or water expense, or a combination of these utility sources. Water expense may include sewer service fees.
Payments are made directly to landlords, mortgage lenders, or utility providers.
