(K4K, Kaukau 4 Keiki - Oahu) Kaukau 4 Keiki sponsor, Hawaii Foodbank, provides a box filled with groceries to prepare seven days of breakfast and lunch for one child - including shelf-stable fruits and vegetables, proteins, starches, milk, fresh produce, bread and more. Kaukau 4 Keiki is available in rural communities where students may not be able to get to a summer meal location each day for breakfast and lunch. Starting Monday, June 1, 2026 through Friday, July 31, 2026, Hawaii Foodbank will be providing meal boxes at 10 Kaukau 4 Keiki food distribution sites. (Hawaii Relief Program) Catholic Charities Hawaii has been contracted to administer the Hawaii Relief Program. Eligible applicants may receive up to four months of financial assistance, including: -Up to 4 months of rent or mortgage (up to $6,000 per month) -One time security deposit (actual housing deposit amount up to the maximum of $6,000) -Up to 4 months of utility assistance ($2,000 per month per utility source) -One time Utility deposit (up to $3,000 per utility source). -One-time automobile down payment -Up to 4 months of automobile payments Utility payments may include electricity, gas, or water expense, or a combination of these utility sources. Water expense may include sewer service fees. Payments are made directly to landlords, mortgage lenders, or utility providers. (Domestic Abuse Shelters and Transitional Apartments - Oahu) Domestic Abuse Shelters provide a safe haven for those fleeing domestic violence. Program accepts abused partners and their children. A 24 hour hotline is available for referrals and resource information. The Domestic Abuse Shelters (DAS) offers up to 120 days of a safe haven, basic needs (food, clothing etc.), counseling and services for children. Program participants learn dynamics of domestic violence, develop safety plans, improve self-esteem and learn healthy parenting skills. Children develop safety plans and learn they’re not responsible for domestic violence. The shelters offer: -Domestic violence crisis hotline -Lodging and food -Crisis counseling -Individual counseling -Educational workshops -Support groups -Information, referral & advocacy -Children's program -Assistance with obtaining a TRO, Housing and financial aid -Volunteer program

Treats children with communication disorders whose needs can be met most effectively through a home therapy program and who are not eligible to receive therapy services through any other agency or program. Provides parent training in a home situation so that therapy is on-going. Works in close coordination with public and private agencies that provide services to children with communication disorders.
