(DMMS, Bill Paying Services) The Caregiver Foundation provides bill paying and financial organization for seniors or adults with disabilities.

Services include long term care, 24/7 basic emergency services, outpatient clinic lab and x-ray, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutritional services, recreational activities, social work, on-site physicians, and skilled and intermediate nursing care. There is also a medical clinic adjacent to the hospital which has outpatient services including family practice, pediatric neurology, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, laboratory, and x-ray facilities.

(Pathway of Hope, Salvation Army Kauluwela Community Assistance Center) The Salvation Army Community Assistance Center provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, pending funding availability. The program also offers intensive case management services known as Pathway of Hope (POH). POH is for families who are ready to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and move towards self-sufficiency.

(WAP) Assists qualifying households to reduce utility costs by providing a variety of energy efficient measures--including LED light bulbs, ENERGY STAR appliances, solar water heaters, energy-efficient showerheads, faucets aerators, and more--free of charge. School-based programs are during or after-school and conducted in collaboration with school counselors. Programs offer therapeutic peer support groups that follow the Hawaii Department of Education (HDOE) public school calendar. Kids Hurt Too Hawaii (KHTH) is expanding school-based groups upon request from schools. Requirements include a dedicated therapeutic space for conducting groups at the school. KHTH provides the supplies and set-up as well as trains volunteers to assist if allowed with professional staff available at every group. Currently at Paia and Nanakuli. The program is expanding to other schools upon request. Currently helping elementary school aged children.

(Beretania Park) Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. Activities are geared for all ages, including classes in arts and crafts, Hawaiiana, games and sports, music, seasonal activities and crafts, and excursions. A list of activities, registration dates, and program period information is published in the Midweek prior to registration.

Enforces laws related to parking, including parking meters. Issue citations for violations. Accepts reports on broken parking meters.

The ASYMCA is committed to promoting its goals of strengthening military families, supporting healthy lifestyles, reducing isolation and assisting service members and their families in connecting to their community. Provides a variety of programs for military families including family outreach services, food pantry and craft classes. Accepts volunteers to assist with answering the telephone, customer service, cleaning, decorating for special events and assisting with children 5 years old and below. Provides drop-in child care for military families when they have medical/doctor appointments, services are offered at Tripler and Schofield facilities.
