Pacific Health Ministry develops hospital ministry and Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs in Hawaii. Its mission is to provide the highest quality interfaith spiritual care to the people of Hawaii, pastoral training to students around the world, and education for the community. Pacific Health Ministry provides spiritual and emotional support programs for the patients, families, and staff for Hawaii hospitals, hospice programs, psychiatric hospitals, retirement centers, and long term care facilities. These services provide spiritual care to persons in trauma or crisis, as well as those dying or grieving the loss of a family member. Pacific Health Ministry also provides education for clergy, health care professionals, and others who assist persons who are dying, grieving, and in crisis. It is a program that leads to certification for ministers and religious professionals. Pacific Health Ministry is the only accredited ministry training institution in Hawaii.

(YWCA of Kauai Sexual Assault Treatment Program) Offers confidential crisis intervention counseling and support services for rape victims. Will accompany victims to hospital for examination, or to police for reporting, and to court if prosecution takes place. Provides speakers to schools and organizations, public education on sexual assault and harassment. Offers counseling and support services for children who have been sexually abused or molested by non-family members. Provides confidential group and individual counseling for adults molested as children.

Provides information on requirements of the unemployment insurance (UI) program. Accepts claims for unemployment insurance and determines if a person is eligible and the amount of benefits due. Ensures compliance by employers with the rules, regulations and provisions under the Hawaii Employment Security Law. Registers liable employers and collects taxes. The Lyon Arboretum is a 193.5 acre botanical garden operated by the University of Hawaii. Offers tours, classes and workshops. The Arboretum's Micropropagation Lab and Seed Storage Lab both work to save Hawaii's rare and endangered plants. It also equips their teacher, ensuring they start kindergarten ready to learn. The program provides a stimulating, preschool-like experience through learning centers that foster young child development and improve school readiness, while also supporting and developing the skills and knowledge of caregivers. Early Learning Readiness - services are provided at the Aliamanu Military Reservation for the Pearl Harbor locations.
