(808 No Vape) 808NOVAPE is a vaping prevention campaign currently providing presentations for elementary, middle and high school students. Typically, the presentations are done for health classes, but we have done several all school assemblies or covered entire grades. We also provide presentations for parents and teachers as well as college students and other community groups seeking to raise awareness around this issue. We can also do presentations for a parents night or a school staff training. The presentation is conducted via Powerpoint and is scalable from a 30 minute presentation up to a full hour including Question and Answer (Q & A), and usually requires a projector and screen, or large TV. Presentations can also be planned virtually via Zoom, Webex or Google Classroom. (Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk.
