Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), is charged with managing federal and state public housing programs, including Section 8 and senior housing. Operates public housing programs for low income families. Provides rent supplements/subsidies (Section 8). Coordinates funding for homeless programs.

E-Nable is a group of Makers, Engineers, Medical Professionals, Tinkerers, Teachers, Students, Artists, Philanthropists, Parents and "Ideas people" who have come together from across the globe to collaborate, innovate and re-design the 3d Printable open source design of a mechanical hand device that was released as the original "Robohand" open source file in 2012.
E-nable does not sell these devices - but instead - encourages parents and individuals to create them on their own, guides them in the building process and prints parts for those that need them.
The designers at E-nable offer their assistance and design skills at no cost to aid those that would like to DIY (do it yourself) one of these devices and has numerous members that are willing to take on individual cases to help custom design around different shaped hands or needs.

(Hale O Ulu) Youth ages 6 years old - 23 years old who are a part of or are eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) are offered individual learning plans that help them to recapture school credits, and assist them in understanding their learning styles and challenges.
Students and their families are offered counseling and other social services. This helps the student to address more than just their
educational issues and have the support to be successful as they continue their education.
Provides alternative secondary school for high risk or alienated youths, grades 7th to 12th, who have difficulty adjusting in a traditional school. Academic and clinical counseling are integrated. Goal is to return students to regular school.
