HomeAid's Kauhale Management Division provides secure, shared housing at Kipuola Kauahale, light case management, job readiness support, and opportunities for education and community engagement primarily for single individuals.  Additional support for mental health resources and counseling referrals, transportation assistance for work or school, and health and wellness programs for residents may be available. Residents have their own "sleeping pod" but share communal space (toilet, shower, kitchen, computer lab, public areas, etc.).  Residents are required to attend weekly or monthly community meetings, help with shared chores to maintain the common areas, follow site policies for safety, treat others with kindness and respect, and stay engaged with job training, education, or personal development activities.

(Good Shepherd Episcopal Church Ka 'Ohana Kitchen) Ka Ohana Kitchen serves a free meal to anyone who comes on a first come, first served basis every Sunday at 12:30 pm in the back of the parish hall. (Childrens Advocacy Center of West Hawaii) Provides a safe, neutral place for child abuse investigations by trained interviewers who are specialists in child abuse and neglect. In order to minimize the number of interviews, proceedings can be videotaped and/or audiotaped. Provides training for professionals in interviewing children in order to provide a neutral, professional investigation. Coordinates civil and criminal court actions. Coordinates the activities of all agencies involved with the child.

Plans, programs, budgets, designs, constructs and inspects improvements such as streets, highways, bridges, drainage and flood control projects, buildings and public works structures. Manages surveys, maps and land related services for the acquisition of lands, rights-of-way, rights-of-entry and easements. Women in Need provides services to men and women 18 years old or older. Services include substance abuse assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, aftercare and individual counseling.

Pacific Health Ministry develops hospital ministry and Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs in Hawaii. Its mission is to provide the highest quality interfaith spiritual care to the people of Hawaii, pastoral training to students around the world, and education for the community. Pacific Health Ministry provides spiritual and emotional support programs for the patients, families, and staff for Hawaii hospitals, hospice programs, psychiatric hospitals, retirement centers, and long term care facilities. These services provide spiritual care to persons in trauma or crisis, as well as those dying or grieving the loss of a family member. Pacific Health Ministry also provides education for clergy, health care professionals, and others who assist persons who are dying, grieving, and in crisis. It is a program that leads to certification for ministers and religious professionals. Pacific Health Ministry is the only accredited ministry training institution in Hawaii.

(Da Box) DA BOX is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. The Food Basket purchases Hawaii Island grown produce from our local farmers and resells to customers island-wide, keeping produce affordable and increasing small farm viability. DA BOX was created to both support local farmers and to provide affordable access to fresh, Hawaii Island grown produce. Each week of produce consists of a minimum of seven items, generally one to two fruits and five to six vegetables. The program website also provides free access to recipes, a "food for thought" community blog, and a "meet the farmers" section to introduce the community to the local farms and farmers, as well as a weekly newsletter.

Youth learn and practice Hawaiian and other arts, cultural traditions, protocols and values taught by kupuna and experienced while hiking, paddling canoe, celebrating their history and restoring the environment. (Emergency Farmer Relief) The State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity provides the Emergency Farmer Relief Program. Farmers, ranchers, and businesses who experienced damage or losses from the March 2026 Kona Low 1 or Kona Low 2 may receive a one-time grant of $1,500 to help with immediate needs resulting from the storm. Applications open on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Applicants who complete and submit applications by Friday, March 27, 2026 will be prioritized funding. Early Childhood Services are provided to children three to six years old with delays in which age appropriate milestones are not yet met. These children typically fall outside the scope of the Department of Education & Special Education Services. The needs of each child are met through professional therapeutic services designed for the child to help them thrive in their home, preschool and community. Our goal is to better prepare the child for kindergarten and beyond by using family engagement techniques and strategies.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households.
